Another COOL weekend at Ellenton Ice and Sports Complex. Our new pool and play is now open allowing quick access from the rink to Suds Sports Bar. The new room has 4 pool tables, a juke box, several video games, as well as 4 flat screen TV’s.

Our skaters performed a short, full costume simulation in front of our learn to skate members as well as the public on Saturday. Thanks to everyone who saw them perform. A special thanks to all the skaters and coachs. The show was great! The next show will be Thursday September 17th from 5-5:30! If you missed it, come and join us then!

On the agenda for the past week was renovation of our new billiards and game room. What was once classrooms, is now once again an entrance and gameroom to the wonderful Suds Sports Grill.  A place where you can bring the whole family to enjoy a fufilling meal and also shoot some pool on our new billiards tables.
Here at Ellenton Ice And Sports Complex we are all looking forward to jump starting the busiest of seasons in the upcoming week. So, wether it’s to have a memorable experience ice skating, playing some hockey, enjoying a meal, shooting some pool, or to just have a wonderful time, stop by and see us today!

In the past two weeks, we have been hard at work trying to get prepared for our huge Labor Day Tournament. Expecting 50 teams, along with their family and friends, we want our facility to be top notch. Last week, we tore out some of our ice and did some painting to touch up some areas.

In addition to making the ice look good, we also had our 3rd compressor installed to ensure high quality of ice for optimum skating conditions. Our main goal at Ellenton Ice and Sport Complex is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience while at the facility. We are continuously working hard to improve our building.

Greetings!

Hockey is now upon us at the Ellenton Ice and Sports Complex. The  Sunday hockey league started again last night.

Also, our very own Ellenton Farmers Market continues to grow as we have added 3 new vendors. Remember to visit the greenest market around every Saturday from 8 til noon.

To cool down from the heat, we now offer 15 public skating sessions a week! For schedules and times click here.  Don’t forget about our Skate n Eat package. Get admission to public skating, skate rental, and a $10 food voucher at Suds Sports Grill for only $15!
