Learn to Ice Skate!

This is a class is for both youth and adult for both figure skating and ice hockey skating.

This program teaches basic skating skills. The instruction is in a group instruction format with a maximum of 8 students in our beginning Tots class, and a maximum of 12 in all other classes.

Private lessons are available to help accelerate progress.

The U.S. Figure Skating Program is used worldwide, has accepted standards, and has been developed for those who skate for recreation and enjoyment. It appeals to the first time skater because it presents movements they can master almost immediately. The program provides achievable objectives, with immediate results!

The U.S. Figure Skating system of testing provides a yard stick for all skaters from the beginner to the most advanced. Attractive patches are available to recognize a skaters achievements at every level of testing, which are an incentive for the skater to continue skating. Our Basic Skating Skills participants will be divided into groups according to their respective level and will receive instruction from a National Team or Professional Coach. Skaters may sign up for 1, 2 or 3 days per week.
